What You’ll Do:

  • Client Engagement: Provide clear and helpful information about our insurance products and services.
  • Support & Assistance: Guide clients through policy applications and renewals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Client Relations: Address inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions to support excellent service and organization.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
